How to fix the color problem with S-Video to RCA, with the laptop to the TV?

I am using S-Video to RCA (yellow) cable from my laptop to my tv. The image is displayed fine, but the problem is color. Its very red and blue, a bit like a negative, but with these colors. I've tried what adaptation I'm pretty positive to be everything there is to adjust to help change the color to normal, but nothing will change. I've also used two TV sets. One of the better quality than others. I want a clear color photograph normally.

I can say that the S-video to rca is a crappy solution. 2 signals chrominance (color) and luminance (brightness) are connected to the RCA. but do not appear to be a problem. the chrominance signal seems to be missing the green part, so suspect that the wine is in the graphics card. If you have a VGA output on a laptop, connect External screen (if you have one) and see what happened to the colors on them.
